About Corelix

Built in Europe,
for Europe.

Corelix exists because your infrastructure choices should not compromise your sovereignty.

Made in France

Our story

Corelix started with a simple observation: European teams deploying to US-owned platforms were inadvertently exposing their data to foreign jurisdiction. The CLOUD Act means that no matter where your data physically resides, if it passes through a US-owned service, it can be accessed by US authorities — with or without your knowledge.

We built Corelix as a cloud platform that gives European teams a genuine alternative to US-based PaaS providers — with all the power of modern deployment tools, hosted entirely on European infrastructure. Built on proven open-source foundations, Corelix combines enterprise-grade deployment capabilities with EU data sovereignty, at a price that makes sovereignty accessible, not aspirational.

Digital Sovereignty

Why digital sovereignty matters

The CLOUD Act Problem

Microsoft's legal director admitted to French lawmakers in 2025 that "no technical or contractual arrangement could override the CLOUD Act." Your data on AWS, Azure, or GCP is subject to US law, regardless of physical location. GDPR fines can reach 4% of global revenue for non-compliance.

The Resilience Imperative

The European Digital Resilience Index (EDRIX 2025) revealed a €264 billion annual drain from EU dependency on US software and cloud services. The EU Cloud Sovereignty Framework now rates cloud services on a SEAL scale from 0 to 4. European organizations need infrastructure they can trust.

Our Approach

Corelix doesn't ask you to choose between capabilities and compliance. Self-host on any European provider — Hetzner, OVH, Scaleway — or use our managed cloud running exclusively on French and German infrastructure. No US subsidiary. No CLOUD Act exposure. Full GDPR compliance by design.

Regulatory Alignment

Compliance built in, not bolted on

GDPR

Full data control. Self-hosted means you choose exactly where data lives — down to the rack. Managed Cloud processes data exclusively within the European Union, with no transfers to third countries.

DORA

Aligned with Digital Operational Resilience Act requirements for ICT risk management and third-party oversight. Self-hosting eliminates third-party cloud provider dependency from your risk registry.

NIS-2

Cybersecurity measures proportional to risk. Encrypted backups, network isolation, granular access control, and full audit trail capability (Pro) align with NIS-2 security obligations.

EDRIX

Contributing to improved European Digital Resilience Index scores by reducing dependency on non-EU infrastructure. Every team that self-hosts strengthens Europe's collective digital autonomy.

Open Source

Open source at our core

The community edition of our deployment tools is available as open source under the MIT license. It powers the same engine that runs Corelix Cloud — auditable, extensible, and community-driven. Pro features (cluster management, whitelabeling, registry management) fund continued development.

We believe the best infrastructure tools should be transparent, auditable, and community-driven. You can read every line of code that runs your infrastructure. No black boxes. No telemetry you didn't opt into.
